About Dr. Elyse Breit
Elyse Breit, DNP, APRN, is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich background spanning 9 years of nursing practice across diverse clinical settings.
Elyse earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from The Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated top of her class and specialized in the Family Nurse Practitioner track. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honors at the University of Central Florida. Elyse holds an active RN license from the Florida State Board of Nursing and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.
Her clinical experiences are marked by a wide range of internships that have tailored her well-rounded expertise including primary care, dermatology, and women’s health at Women’s Care Winter Park OB/GYN. She also engaged in invaluable hands-on work as a travel nurse and staff nurse at Advent Health for Children on the Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Unit where she served as a preceptor to students and new hires.
Elyse's commitment to advancing healthcare is evident in her academic research endeavors aimed at enhancing healthcare practices, including projects like "Improving Hepatitis C Screening Rates in an Outpatient Women’s Health Clinic" and "Education for Pediatric Oncology Nurses on Fertility Preservation of Pediatric Oncology Patients." Additionally, she served as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Central Florida's College of Nursing.

This office was so extremely welcoming and nice, from the two ladies at check in to Dr.Elyse. I have never felt so comfortable at any appointment like I did today. I originally made an appointment here due to my office being booked for quite some time however Dr. Elyse is so very sweet and comforting, she also was very easy to talk to and answered any and all questions I had so I will be switching over to this office completely. I would highly highly recommend.
