Erika Willetts is a Certified Nurse Midwife with over 9 years of dedicated experience providing comprehensive care for women across all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings, from federally qualified health centers to private clinics, where she has cared for both low- and high-risk patients. Erika’s skill set includes triaging pregnant patients, assisting in cesarean deliveries, and delivering well-woman care.
She is board certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board and holds a Certificate in Surgical First Assisting at Cesarean Delivery through the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) program. Erika performs a wide range of in-office procedures including IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanon insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, incision and drainages (I&Ds), and pessary cleaning and maintenance. Erika earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Midwifery from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University. Her dedication to empowering women in their health journeys is fueled by her personal experiences.

She is an incredible doctor. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I have blasted her with questions for twenty minutes. And she never made me feel rushed or dumb. Her bedside manner is incredible. And she is highly educated. While giving you all your choices- and allowing you to decide what is best, based on your own personal preferences and concerns. No agenda. My husband came to my next appointment, and she included him in conversations. And made sure he didn’t have any concerns either. She is a relief as a doctor honestly. I will only ever go to her- she deserved a long review cause she is fantastic!
