My appointment was for a new patient visit, and the doctor was kind. I’m sure she’s a wonderful doctor. The issue I had was that it was extremely hard to understand her. She has a very strong accent, which a can typically understand, but the fact that she was also wearing a mask made it virtually impossible to understand what she was saying. It was ok for an initial visit but I’m fearful that, if it doesn’t improve over time, I might have to switch to a doctor I can understand so that I get what she’s explaining, recommending, etc.
