I was called immediately after I got there. The women at the desk were kind and helpful. Dr. Higley was the best! He had to have a tough conversation with me that was unexpected and he was so comforting and kind as he explained everything. He made sure I understood every term and result going on with me. I would recommend him every time. Anything I have to do going forward, Dr Higley is my guy!

Staff was friendly; got smiles and felt welcome. Obviously going in there for pain and sad things but the staff kept a great positive vibe. The doctor was extremely kind, empathetic and even pulled out an educational book to show me what could be going on. He listened to everything I had to say and made sure I didn't have any questions unanswered before I left. I feel extremely comfortable going back and have appointments booked. The best experience I have had at any doctor ever. The office staff was FANTASTIC! When dealing with an issue verifying my information they were kind and helpful and apologetic. Dr Higley was calm and conversational and made me very comfortable through the entirety of the appointment. He even took a moment to see if my daughter had any questions!
