About Dr. Jiten V. Patel

Dr. Jiten Patel is a board certified ob-gyn physician at Women’s Care. Dr. Patel completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa and earned a medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He is an international board-certified lactation consultant and certified in intuitive surgical da Vinci system robotic modules and in Nexplanon insertion and removal. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Patel was born in Trinidad & Tobago and raised in Orlando. He enjoys Caribbean food and is an avid University of Florida Gators fan. He enjoys carpentry, graphic design, hiking, basketball and spending time with family and friends.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Patel. He was very personable listened to my reason for the visit, relief from hot flashes. Explained alternatives that was non-hormonal and it works! If you are looking for a Doctor that makes you feel unique, listens carefully and explains clearly , Dr Patel is the one. Having a doctor with knowledge and experience sometimes is not enough ... having a Doctor that shows empathy, listens and take his time to make sure he covers all the queries is priceless. Dr Patel was my doctor in another office and delivered my baby in 2020. The surgery was great, the C-section healed so fast and Dr. Patel took well cared of my well being and was very professional on providing information.
