About Dr. Joshua Jones
Dr. Joshua Jones is an ob-gyn physician at Women’s Care. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where he served as chief resident. He completed an internship at Penn State University- Hershey in the Department of Family Medicine. He is a member of the Florida Medical Association.
Dr. Jones earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, and a Master of Science in physiology from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
He has special interest in helping patients with infertility issues and working with LGBT patients.
Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and three children. His family enjoys boating, kayaking and paddle boarding, as well as finding local restaurants to master the local culinary scene.

Dr jones is by far the best gyn I have had. He listens to you and your concerns and takes what you say seriously and offers a range of solutions to help. He was the first of many Drs who took my need/desire for a hysterectomy seriously, and performed the procedure wonderfully and with no complications. Staff is also wonderful and a pleasure to deal with

I drove 50 minutes to the location they they said sorry we can not take you before doing a scan to see if you are high risk or not then I asked them to do they said you have to get a call first for the ? scan department
Then I asked why you ? confirm my appointment then they said sorry the will call you today and it’s been 8 days now no body even called

I loved the staff here, they were all incredibly friendly and the woman who assisted me back was hilarious. The provider was attentive to my concerns, talked through things with me, gave me options, and was reassuring with things I questioned or was unsure about. His bedside manner was incredibly professional but personable. Very happy with my experience here!

Loved that I did not have to repeat paperwork that I did online.
Enjoyed the layout of office. Extremely pleased they draw blood for labs-HUGE +
Nurse and doctor thoughtful with questions and looked me in the eyes when I spoke.
I felt very comfortable and am thankful they have am efficient front staff and doctor.
I also noticed an “employee of the week (or month)” and that’s cool they publicly recognize staff.
Nurse/Phlebotomist was great! Love her personality!!!

this was a convenient location with lots of parking the staff at the reception area was very friendly and helpful The doctor was wonderful He listened to what I had to say and gave me recommendations for addressing some of my issues.
