The office staff is so nice and communicative! Everyone listed to the concerns I had. Dr. Liubov Pileva was great, didn't make me feel rushed, listed and asked questions, and made sure he was comfortable. Would highly recommend !

Dr Pileva was incredible. My derm recommended I go to her, and I am so glad she did. I am very anxious, hadn’t had an annual in 4 years because of my anxiety and poor prior experiences, but each staff member I encountered was very kind, gentle, not rushed, and put me at ease. Dr Pileva spent time answering my questions, moving at a good pace, and ensuring that I was comfortable. She confidentially reassured me that I still have time to start a family (in my 30’s) and advised me of the best route we can take when the time comes. I’m so glad I finally found a gyn doctor that I can go to without anxiety moving forward.

I went to this office to establish care before trying to become pregnant. Unfortunately I have never had such an impersonal and rushed doctor's visit in my life. No friendly chatting before touching my bare body - which I can tolerate - but Dr. Pileva neither asked me anything about my health nor invited me to ask questions. Her exam was so fast that she got up to leave the room while I was still in stirrups and gown open. I hurt myself hastily sitting up out of the stirrups - she did not help adjust the table to get me out of that position comfortably and safely. The one question I asked her - how can I best prepare myself for pregnancy at age 34 - elicited a short and trite answer: "take prenatal vitamins and have sex." She left the room without telling me if the appt was over, so I sat there in the gown until an aide entered the room and was surprised I was still there. Poor communication. I left there knowing that she was NOT who I wanted caring for me during pregnancy and birth.

The office was so clean and inviting. The staff was so kind and helpful. I was seen early (almost an hour before my scheduled appointment) which was very helpful. I felt heard and understood. I will schedule additional annual appointments and I feel comfortable visiting the office for any other needs that may arise.

What stood out was her understanding, her thoughtfulness and taking care of all the test and taking care of all my needs that I was experiencing without m asking her to certain stuff. Updated clean modern office. i love it. I feel like this can be my womans care home. (I'm a nurse) so sometimes i experience doctors that are incompetent and not willing to do the work needed but they are quick to take my insurance. and get paid. So I was really thankful she took the time out for me.
