Dr. Megan McDowell was wonderful. She was extremely gentle, kind, and calming. I was very nervous for my appointment and she answered all my questions and double checked things I was worried about during my exam. She has a very calming presence and was super friendly.
For anyone nervous about a Pap smear and breast exam I highly recommend Dr. Megan McDowell.

Excellent experience. We did our part by coming in with completed new patient paperwork in hand. From there, our wait time was no more than 5-7 minutes at any given time. We moved through the three parts of the appointment smoothly and efficiently. Dr McDowell deserves the 5-star rating she's earned. She's smart, empathetic, funny, sincere and straightforward. Highly recommend.

I am a physician who just moved back to the area and I trained under Dr. McDowell several years ago. When I saw her name come up while I was searching for a new OBGYN I was immediately relieved. She has always been one of the kindest, most conscientious providers in her field and she hasn’t changed at all. I would highly recommend her, especially for anyone who’s a little nervous or uncomfortable in a gyn office. Another benefit of Dr. McDowell is that she will be completely honest with you about everything - from what she thinks the real problem is to pain levels during procedures - and she and her staff (Julissa is who I remember best) will be far more supportive than most other gynecologists you will meet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to a friend.

This was my first visit at this office and with Dr. McDowell. Every single person was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. In addition to my doctor's appointment I was set up with my annual mammogram and bloodwork at the same location. Dr. McDowell was great, answered all of my questions and then some. Highly recommend.
