Dr. Michele Amoroso is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Amoroso earned her baccalaureate degree in biology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1988. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Amoroso was awarded the President’s Scholar, the Outstanding Achievement Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. She earned her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania in 1993. While in medical school, Dr. Amoroso was awarded the Hammond Memorial Scholarship for Academic Excellence and the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Award for graduating first in her class. Dr. Amoroso was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, American Medical Association, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society while in medical school. Dr. Amoroso completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University in 1998.

Everyone from check in through checking out was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Amorosa has a great bedside manner, making sure you understand everything she’s doing and continuously asking if you have any questions or other concerns.

Best GYN yet! I’ve suffered from really bad cysts and no doctor would ever explain it. I spent five minutes with Dr. Ambrosa and she diagnosed me with a skin disease that was causing it and gave me medication to help lessen them. She’s so nice, actively listens, and is super attentive. Definitely recommend!

Poor bedside manner. Did not do comprehensive medical Women’s preventative medical exam . Didn’t even listen to my heart and lungs, check skin, distal peripheral pulses, check blood work ( minimal would be a thyroid tag for my hypothyroidism). Poor bedside manner. I would Never recommend this provider whatsoever for any type of women’s health.

I have to say Dr. Amoroso is the best Gyn ever. She is super knowlegeable and professional. Her bedside manner makes me feel super comfortable and confident in what she tells me. She doesnt sit there and google your symptoms, she's like a walking medical dictionary! The only issue i had with the office was some delays in treatment do to a staffing issue, and sometimes its inconvenient having to go to different offices because some treatments cant be performed in the smaller locations. Thank you Dr. Amoroso! And notable mention, Meridith (front desk) in Ruskin location, super friendly and funny!
