About Dr. Raphael Guichard

Dr. Raphael Guichard is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist. He is fluent in English, French, Creole and Spanish. His special interests include obstetrics, urogynecology and minimally invasive surgeries. Dr. Guichard graduated from the University of Miami where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in psychology. After finishing medical school, Dr. Guichard completed his residency at Bayfront Medical Center where he was chosen as administrative chief resident. He was acknowledged with many awards including Resident Teacher of the Year, Maternal Fetal Medicine Award and Resident of the Year. Raphael is married to his beautiful wife Mahalia and they have two daughters, Ahmani and Chiara. His special interests include his family, tennis, traveling and going to the movies.

Wonderful office! Everyone is so kind, polite, helpful, compassionate and professional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile, the receptionists are so nice and helpful! From the nurses, to Terrie the sonogram tech, each person is so wonderful, so kind and tries to help with whatever you ask or need! Dr. Guichard is amazing!!! He explains everything he is doing, genuinely cares about patient, takes his time, is incredibly compassionate, caring and is very thorough!
