Sarah Campbell Austin, MD, is a board-certified OB-GYN in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Austin was great. It was my first time at this facility as my previous GYN had retired from practice. I based my selection on the reviews online and was not disappointed. Dr. Austin treated me with respect, genuinely seemed interested in my health and well being and spent enough time with me. Staff was friendly and warm. Courteous and straight to the point. They did seem to have a lot of patients but you’re moved around through the process and aren’t sitting in one place too long.
Dr. Austin was very professional and inquisitive. She does speak a bit fast, but will repeat what you need or write it down for you. She chats with you during the exam to make you comfortable and it is quick and efficient.

Absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Austin and her team more. Dr. Austin has such a calming bedside manner, and her nurse Alicia is also so kind.
