I was not happy that I had to wait an hour past my appointment time but really blew. My mind is today. I woke up to a prescription called into my pharmacy before anybody even notified me of my results and then I didn’t even get a call. I got a text saying to call them. I just assumed I would get a call as a courtesy follow up and actually talk to somebody about my results before a prescription was called in. I will say the staff was very very nice and very thorough with my check up and I do appreciate that.

I was never seen, appointment was canceled the day of appointment due to not accepting my share cost for gynecology. Most women of color has to see Gynecologist and to not accept Medicaid is crazy work.

The doctor was really nice and gentle and wasn’t judgmental at all. She listened to me and took her time. The medical student and medical assistant that were present were very respectful as well. Very fast and efficient. I recommend this office and this provider 1000% :)

I scheduled this appointment online as a mammogram, but the office booked me for a PAP smear. They graciously scheduled the mammogram that (fortunately) is offered at the same facility that same morning!
Overall, I’m happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly service received from the front desk to the patient’s table.
