“I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was taken back for my mammogram within 5 minutes. I had a brief 5 minute wait after that and I was taken back to see my Dr. Dr. Dukes spent at least 20 minutes talking to me at leisure before my exam and made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. He addressed all my questions and immediately followed up with solutions. I was sent for lab work right after my exam ( all in the same office). I only waited 5 minutes before being taken back for that! This office is extremely efficient, helpful, and the staff is friendly. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Dukes to anyone needing OB/GYN care.”

About Dr. Steven Dukes

Dr. Steven Dukes is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of The American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Dukes has been Chief of Staff and currently serves as Section Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Winter Park Memorial Hospital. He is also actively involved in various leadership roles within the Florida Hospital system. He has been selected as a “Best Doctor” by Orlando Magazine Dr. Dukes has been practicing here since 1995. After completing medical school from The Medical College of Georgia, he did his internship and residency at the Yale University Medical School affiliate hospital in Danbury. He is married and has two children. He enjoys sports, going to the beach, spending time with his family and is actively involved in community organizations. Dr. Steven Dukes was named in the top 20 of Orlando’s Best OB/GYNs by Babyourself Magazine, Central Florida’s magazine for pregnant and new mommies.

Dr. Dukes is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He is so happy and joyful every time I see him (which luckily is once a year)! I think I've been he's been my physician just shy of 20 years and I think he's amazing. I wish he could be my physician for everything! His "bedside manner" like his is almost obsolete. He's a rare one! I refer him every opportunity I get. I hope he doesn't retire before I stop needing an OB/GYN! :)

Yes, I would recommend him. Dr. Dukes is a gynecologist and one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is compassionate and will fully listen to you about any health or life situation. Last year he talked with me about a colorectal issue (not his field) and suggested what I should do, reassuring me that the issue can most likely be handled with physical therapy. He asked me about it this year and I was pleased to tell him I followed his suggestion and the issue has finally been resolved. He was genuinely happy for me. His staff has always been just as kind and compassionate. Year after year, each appointment has been a very pleasant experience. A+++ for this group!

The staff here is so friendly. Everybody ensures you feel very comfortable and at ease. Special thanks to Dr. Dukes and Erika, who drew my blood. Also, the nurse who’s name I didn’t catch. I’m happy I went with this office. It was very clean and they did well setting it up for social distanced visits. The front desk was also kind and helpful when I got lost (for about 30 minutes!) Recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps when traveling here, but definitely recommend traveling here. Thanks.
I have nothing to say but good things about this place. It can be a little unnerving and embarrassing to go to the female doctor. But I can assure you that the entire staff make you feel extremely comfortable and are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Dukes was excellent and has an incredible bedside manner. Not in a rush and very thorough and extremely helpful with answering questions. I highly highly highly recommend.
