About Dr. Xujia 'Annie' Smith
Dr. Xujia ‘Annie’ Smith is a board-certified ob-gyn in Jacksonville, FL, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She received her medical degree from the University of Florida, through the University Honors Medical Program. She completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where she received the Gold Humanism in Medicine Award.
Dr. Smith joined Women’s Care in 2016 and practices a broad range of high-risk and low-risk obstetrics, as well as general gynecology. She has a special interest in adolescent gynecology, contraception management, treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including robotic surgery.
Dr. Smith and her husband are natives of Gainesville, FL, and enjoy cheering on the Gators! They have two boys and love spending family time together, especially taking trips to the beach, Disney, or Legoland. Dr. Smith also enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, and trying new foods.
