She had graduated from Ivano-Frankovsk Medical Institute, College of Dentistry in Ukraine in 1984 and obtained degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 2002. She is a member of American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Bartkova has been working in her New York City Upper East Side office since 2004 and had recently relocated her practice to the Upper West Side. Dr. Bartkova strives to continually enhance her skills as a dentist by staying abreast of the latest trends in dentistry, keeping up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

Worst dentist appointment ever. I felt like a car in a factory- cleaned up and shipped out. She saw me quickly and finished quickly, but the appointment was horrible. At one point, she sprayed me in the face with water and at another, I had to ask her to use another tool because she was hurting my gums so badly. I asked her about a sensitive tooth, and there was no discussion about what I can do to keep it from hurting- she just wrote a prescription. She said less than 20 words to me the whole time I was there. I will not go back.
