After Having a bad experience at my last dentist, I decided to look for one that I felt was qualified to do the job correctly. The front desk woman was very polite & helpful. And the dentist made me feel comfortable with upcoming procedures that I will be having, and I didn't get the sense that they were trying to gouge my insurance. I would highly recommend..

Dr Ron was a pleasure to visit and his staff were lovely. His bedside manner was exactly what one hopes for and he was extremely thorough. Very glad to have found him!

My first visit to Dr Rao was one of the best trips to the dentist I've ever had. I was able to schedule my appointment (through ZocDoc) less than a week in advance, and then when I had a last minute change in my work schedule they were even able to move my appointment up 2 hours at the last minute. Everyone in the office was so nice, and Dr Rao was very attentive to my comfort during the visit. I'm returning in a week for a filling, and Dr Rao even offered to file down a slightly uneven tooth for no extra charge. I'm so relieved to have found such a great dentist, and in my neighborhood too!

Dr. Rao was great. He is a very knowledgeable and talented dentist while also being kind and patient. He made me feel comfortable when normally dentists make me very nervous. Also, his dental assistant was very pleasant and proficient. I highly recommend Dr. Roa.

Dr.Rao's staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Rao does beautiful work and he makes sure your not feeling uncomfortable. He was truly concerned for what was best for me and took excellent care of my teeth. Dr.Anthony Addesso

I'll start by saying WOW...long story short. I had more than 10yrs I hadn't gone to a dentist. Was scared to death from previous expierence. I couldn't take the pain anymore and I wanted to smile again. So I found this site zocdoc and reviewed the doctors and choose Dr.Raos. I will end this by saying I jump up and down from excitement when I have an dentist appointment :)I recommend him to everyone. HAPPY SMILES :)

The entire staff was very sweet, personable and extremely helpful. Dr. Rao was very professional, gracious, friendly and actually listened to my concerns. Very competent, thorough and knew his stuff. There was no rushing or dismissive behavior that I have experienced elsewhere. I'm lucky they are an oasis out here in Bushwick/Ridgewood. I can't believe I'm not dreading my next appointment! I feel confidant that my treatment is in good hands. Dr. Rao also has a nice personality, very easy to talk to.
