Dr. Sandy Murad DDS

Dr. Murad is awesome!! I have taken my 5 year old son to her every 6 months since he's been 2. Her staff is great with him and she really makes him comfortable and unafraid. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist!!

Mom is the one that saw Dr.Sandy, not me. She liked her as she is gentle,understanding, knowledgable and skillfull.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was wonderful, very kind, gentle and patient. They explained things every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. Great ! I love Dr. Murad. Professional, friendly, efficient in all she does. And painless!! She has replaced old crowns for me and done a tooth extraction and procedures have been easy and I truly mean it when I say painless.

Dr. Sandy Murad was recommended to me by my many co-workers. As they recommended, I found her very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient dentist. She is very upfront with treatment plan and financial obligations. Her dental assistant and dental hygienist also were gentle, friendly and professional. I am leaving my former dentist, who I seen for last 22 years because of all these positive thingsI observed with Dr. sandy Murad and her office.

I loved that her office does late appts and Saturday appts. First, the front office lady was so sweet. I didn't have my insurance card so she tracked down my info without any sort of attitude about it. She looked busy with paperwork, so I know it was an inconvenience but she was happy to do so. The girl did my xrays was absolutely professional and sweet. I have terrible gag reflexes, so she was quick to take it and get and get back to me. With my previous dentists, they would also have to redo the xrays, but she knew exactly what she was doing. Dr. Sandy=LOVE! She was very kind and professional. I admitted it had probably been 2 years since my last appt, and she didnt lecture me but was very honest about the damage I had and could have done waiting that long. There were some issues with my insurance so the receptionist came and explained everything to me and explained what insurance would cover and what i would be responsible for. I thought that was nice that it was addressed up front instead of me being surprised when the bill comes. I can know include that in my budget and set aside the money. I felt bad for the lady that cleaned my teeth! She was also very kind and stopped when I needed her to. She was quick with the cleaning. Overall, this was the best dentist office and staff i have ever been too and will def. keep up my appts with them every 6 months! My past dentists havent necessarily been mean or unprofessional, i just feel that Dr. Sandy and her staff go beyond the expected professionalism and are all so sweet.

Very friendly, has gentle hands.. didn't feel any pain! Accommodated me even though it was already near their closing time. Receptionist and assistants were very nice too.

The office was very modern and clean. I was seated right away. The doctor was very nice and informative. She took the time to show me my x-rays on the tv screen in front of me and went through the treatment I needed tooth by tooth. After she answered all my questions the office manager Ana explained what was covered by my insurance and gave a very fair price on what was not covered. She helped to work out a plan to use my insurance to my benefit this year and wait for next year for what was not urgent. It is refreshing to find an office where everything is explained- including the expected costs. I am very happy with Dr Murad and appreciate the service of ZOC DOC that helped me find her and book my appointment online

Dr. Murad was a great dentist. She had me in and out of the office within an hour and I had an excellent cleaning. She also re-did a cavity I had filled several years ago that had been done poorly by another dentist. She was honest about what I needed done and her dental assistant was great as well!

Dr. Murad is the very, very best. I went to see her under the the worst circumstances and she put me at ease almost instantly. I am thrilled to have found her! The Dental community is very lucky to have her. She is kind, caring and extremely efficent. I hadn't been to see a dentist in quite awhile and was a little nervous. Sandy and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and were friendly and professional. I'd have no problem recommending them to my friends and family! :)

I have to say it exceeded my highest hopes I had concerns being a new patient and my dental health has been paused with other health needs which has come to recent solution (neck surgery) I was needing a fractured temporary bridge repaired and a treatment plan. I was wondering what could be accomplished in one initial hour. I got a cleaning,filling ,extraction, a treatment plan with upper dentures,a consult appointment with dental implant doc , a plan with dental implants, & a return appointment in a week to remove stiches an recement temporary bridge. On the phone the front desk lady assured me all the time needed would be allowed in this session. alot of things given at end of session extraction instructions antibiotics perscription appointment card recipt of payment poposed treatment plan, toothpaste,brush,floss, and implant doctor card My 3hr & 45 minutes was testament of my excellent choice and outstanding session with knowledgeable doctor who cares what is best for the patient
