I went in for an annual physical and after a bit of waiting in the waiting room, I was seen by a PA or a nurse who took my vitals and measurements. A short while later I was seen by Dr. Hylek who was friendly, professional, and enjoyed getting to know me as a patient. After health questions she did a basic exam and then sent me down for blood work. It was a pleasant experience meeting Dr. Hylek.

The doctor was not responsive to my condition or questions and acted as if my issue was something that I shouldn't have come in for at all. Wen I explained that I was in significant pain she just brushed it off. The referral she ended up giving me was to see a general surgeon but she just put my name into a queue instead of referring to an actual doctor and told me to call if I don't receive anything in the mail. Total waste of a visit and copay.
