As a new patient to BMC and of Kristin's she was thorough, took time to look away from the computer and I felt like she really got to know me, which is rare in the era of EMRs today. I really appreciated the time she spent reviewing my previous medical records, a detailed family history, and making appropriate follow-ups. I like that labs were ordered and can be completed right away in the same building and that there is a patient portal to communicate with Kristin. In addition, she reviewed each lab being ordered and why which is not typical of other providers. She was attentive, warm, and made me feel comfortable as a new patient. ”
