Dr. Fingesten was very attentive and definitely tried to address all the issues I raised. I could tell she was very busy, but despite that I felt she gave me the time and full attention I needed.

It was worth the waiting time. Next time I will bring my book and earphones. She is very understanding, listened carefully. I loved that she did not pushed pills, she was open to natural healing.

very professional, answered all my questions, took the time to get to know me and my medical history. She did the history and all procedures (not a nurse) which is a wonderful way to get to know patients. Very glad I found her!

I went in to see the doctor with an extremely high fever and could barely sit up. I waited for awhile but once she was able to see me she was very concerned and caring.

Great service from Dr Fingersten- really liked her advise and no nonsense attitude. She was extremely helpful and listened to me queries very professionally. The wait time was rather long though that is my only criticism. I had to wait over 30 mins just to be seen...

Dr. Fingesten was very friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. She seemed genuinely interested in me as a patient.

A little brusque and judgmental.

She was judgmental (because of my age apparently) and rude. She was not friendly or understanding and was not encouraging of an questions.

She seemed knowledgable and interested but the LONG wait made the appointment very rushed, when my turn finally came. The receptionist recommended calling ahead of the appointment time and checking if they're running behind (must happen often).

It felt so good to be with a doctor that truly cares.

Dr. Fingesten was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what I told her and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was running behind, but it didn't bother me too much because she treated me so well in the appointment.

Dr. Fingesten's style is definitely no nonsense--she gives it to you straight. I found her thorough and knowledgeable, and would definitely be comfortable seeing her again. She seemed a little distracted at one point when I was explaining about the OTC meds I'd been trying, but looking back that's probably because she'd already diagnosed me in her mind and knew that the OTC stuff wasn't helping anyway. She also seemed to get a little frustrated when talking on the phone I think to a lab, but she didn't carry this frustration over to me and it didn't really affect me one way or the other.

I'm sure she is a great doctor, though apparently she's always horribly behind schedule. As a new patient, I waited almost 2 hours before asking for a refund on my co-pay and leaving. I wasn't even asked whether I wanted to reschedule my appointment; it's as if the receptionist knew I'd made the right choice by getting out of there.

Based on reading other reviews, I had an unusual experience because I was seen immediately. I literally waited for about 3 minutes in the waiting room and 2 minutes in the exam room.

Got to my appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. I was taken to exam room right on time, but then I waited for 50 minutes for the doctor to arrive. Despite the wait, I would still highly recommend Dr. Fingesten. She was very nice, professional, and made me feel at ease.
