i was really worried about an allergy reaction that was rapidly becoming worse. i was able to schedule an appointment immediately, get treated immediately, and plan a follow-up patch test to diagnose any potential causes of the dermatitis. i am so relieved!

It was a good visit, but there was some confusion with the appointment. I made the appointment for 12:30 p.m. and it was confirmed, but when I showed up, I found out the doctor couldn't see me until 2 p.m., so that was disappointing.

After months of being sick I am excited to finally find a doctor who is interested in finding the cause! Dr. Alexis was very friendly and gave me hope that I would soon see an end to my ailments.

A relatively young, caring and competent physician who took suficient time to ask pertinent questions and not rush through the appointment. Very impressive.

First off, let me say that Dr. Alexis was very professional, thorough and attentive to my visit. Unfortunately the highlight of the visit only lasted a short period of time. The waiting area seemed chaotic, with what seemed like a dozen nurses/receptionists all fighting over a tight space, with 8 or so different clipboards all with paperwork that needed to be filled out. Perhaps it was an exception to the norm, but I felt my wait time of 40+ minutes was a bit much. It was revealed that an earlier patient was running long, and while I can appreciate the doctor not wanting to rush out their patients, a phone call letting me know to come a half hour later probably would've the best thing to do in that situation.

This was the first visit, just an order for blood work. I waited 32mins, but she was very apologetic, and I got the feeling this was a rarity.

Dr. Alexis was very friendly and had great bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to me everything and was very thorough in her diagnosis. She was practical and didn't over promise results but, at the same time, has helped me with my hives and asthma in ways that many of my previous doctors could not. I highly recommend her.
