I made my appointment with Zocdoc, but it was on the wrong date in Dr. Capalbo's system. However, she still met with me which I was very relieved about and thankful about. The wait seemed a little long, but I think that was because of the scheduling miscommunication. When she met with me, she was really nice and sweet. Throughout the exam she would ask how I was doing. She was recommended by my friend, and I would highly recommend her as well. Her staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Dr. Capalbo is adorable, and really cares about her patients. She made me feel totally comfortable, and respected my time as my appointment was in the middle of a work day. Highly recommend her!

Dr. Capalbo was one of the best gynos I've been to, and I've changed gynos pretty much every year since I've moved around a lot. I had been to one other gyno in NYC who was terrible, so I had pretty low expectations and was happily surprised. She was extremely nice, took her time answering questions, and was very thorough and gentle. I was also able to schedule my appointment quickly and they fit me in even though I was a new patient. I had read the other reviews saying that the office was run poorly, but I found the receptionists and nurses to be very friendly and helpful. Also, most gynos don't call you about results if they are normal, which she told me twice while I was there, but said if I wanted I could call after 2 weeks and she would talk to me personally. All in all, loved her and will definitely go back.

Dr. Capalbo is a great, personable doctor. Her staff was also friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I had to wait to see her for about an hour and forty minutes. When she did arrive, however, she was very patient and I did not feel like she was trying to rush out, as I often feel with other doctors.

She is great. Really kind, very calm, and she really listens to you. The staff in the office are also really nice. It happened to be a very busy day, so I had to wait longer than usual, but they were good about letting you know how long and getting you in and out as fast as they could.

It was my first time meeting with Andrea, I found her through ZocDoc. She was pleasant and my made my check up as comfortable as possible. I went to her during my lunch break and made it back to my office within an hour.

Dr. Capalbo had excellent bedside manners. I was growing frustrated with my previous doctors, the wait time would take hours and their bedside manners were not up to par. I am thrilled to have found a gynocologist who takes her time to treat the patient and not look at you as just another number. She is extremely professional and personable.

I came in on a rare day when Dr. Capalbo was very busy and I was starting to get frustrated, but as soon as she came in she apologized for the inconvenience and sat down to get to know me. Dr. Capalbo was great and did exactly what so many others don't: LISTENED. She listened and asked questions before making a recommendation and explaining her reasoning, taking my concerns (founded or not) seriously. Her manner is very warm and friendly, as is her staff. The exam was done gently with the same open demeanor—I'm fairly certain that's the first time I've carried on a relatively normal conversation during a gynecological exam!

I have been looking for a good doctor for awhile. It was my first visit today, but I really like her. We will see how it works out.....but she really seemed to care about my concerns and feelings and that isn't common anymore. The last few doctors I visited cared more about lecturing me on my life and choices and bringing up my mothers death than helping me for the problem I came in for. I felt great this time Dr. Capalbo made me feel really comfortable and went through things methodically and with interest in my concerns and observations. As I said I haven't been more than one time so far, but I feel more positive about visiting this doctor than I have about most doctors since my mother passed away. Fingers crossed that it remains this possitive, but I will put money on it and return to see if I am right.

Dr. C was so kind and gentle. I went to see her because I am 30 and come from a long line of ovary problems and have been having major pain and awful periods. The Dr. that did my annual stopped taking my insurance, and I picked Dr. C because of her positive reviews. When the receptionist called to confirm my appointment and give me a heads-up about copay procedure, she was very nice.
