Bedside Manner- Wait Time
This was my first visit to Dr. Feldman, and after filling out the requisite paperwork, I waited only a few short minutes before being escorted to the exam room. Dr. Feldman is blunt but not impolite (I suspect he's good with kids), gets right to the point, and acts quickly on his diagnosis. I left his office confident that my problems had and were being treated effectively. Will definitely return for my followup and keep him as my go-to ENT.

Dr. Feldman is so good with children -- he put our 5-yr old daughter at ease right away, as always, and we breezed right through the appointment. We highly recommend him as a pediatric ENT surgeon and doctor. He operated on her tonsils, adenoids, nasal turbinates and ears in Oct 2010 and she has been so much healthier and better able to hear ever since.

I truly enjoy my visits with Dr. Bruce. He is very professional and thorough. I've been visiting his office since 2006 and wouldn't think of going anywhere else unless he referred me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a ENT Doc. He also comes with perks...if you're good...you can get a l-o-l-l-i pop! (He always spells it.)

While I had to wait a bit to see him, Dr Feldman was excellent. He listened, talked to me like I was an adult, and explained everything to me. Excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Feldman was able to stop and control my cronic sinutitus. He listened carefully and within ten days, my three month sinus infection was cleared up. He also provides techniques to control an infection before it gets out of control. Dr. Feldman is the very best.

We waited 55 minutes - way too long. There were sincere apologies, however, after I went to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be and if we should have hope for getting in soon (I did not ask in an angry way). The reception team should have told us that things were backed up and the wait would be long. We could have gone for a coffee or something other than sitting in the room with poor magazine selection and too HOT temperature in the room.

I was very please with the wait time (or lack thereof!) and the responsiveness of the medical professionals. I was helped at the front desk within a few minutes, seen by the physician's assistant immediately, and waited just about 5 minutes for the doctor to come in. Everyone at the office was very welcoming and helpful.

I had a great visit with Dr Feldman. The nurse, Charlene, was super nice and answered all of my questions. When I saw Dr Feldman, he was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone.
