I thought my visit was good no complaints on the visit with the medical assistant or physican.There was a miscommunication within the front office, however, so I didn't rate 5 stars. Dr. Feldman said I would need to get one of my prescriptions at his receptionist's office rather at the pharmacy. But when I scheduled my followup I was informed it would be at the pharmacy. I showed up at my pharmacy and it was not there. I tried calling the office but it had closed so I had to wait a day and come back to the pharmacy to get that prescription. But I am using a sample. I do like how his office is metro accessible and very convenient. I am feeling better, so that's what counts.

Dr. Feldman is great. He is very kind to my son and is able to keep him entertained while examining him. My only real complaint is parking. The parking garage under the building is very unorganized and really just a mess; it generally takes at least ten minutes to park. There are other lots nearby, just not as convenient. But it wouldn't stop me from recommending him or the practice.

He went by what is visible in my ear. Didn't care to listen to my story and think in that perspective for treatment. My ear generates way too much wax at times. And once the wax dries, it is very irritating upon cleaning with ear bud. As i was visiting the doctor, i cleaned the ear of dry wax before coming. So for him it looked perfect and he suggested some cream to reduce irritation. He did bother to address the actual problem.

I felt like the Doctor really had an interest and cared about me. Took time to talk to me even though he was recording data into a laptop,
Office needs to convert to IPads, Poor Dr had to carry around heavy laptop.

I had an excellent medical appointment with Dr. Feldman and his staff. I booked an appointment to have the wax cleared from narrow ear canals. Mission accomplished and my hearing is so improve that I am turning down the volume on all my electronic devices!. Louise Cooper
