Dr. Hall pays attention to details and listens. Provides explanations and offers solutions. Those are great characteristics for a great doctor.

She is a great doctor. But I waited nearly an hour and a half to be seen. I was shuffled from room to room and forgotten about. It was really awkward and I got so frustrated that I almost walked out of the office. I understand that there was an emergency going on. But someone really should have followed up with me from time to time.

Dr. Hall is so friendly and I feel that she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend her to everyone. Her staff are all great as well.

What an incredable experience! Her professionalism, depth of knowledge and personality made me feel comfortable and confident that my exam and resulting eyewear is exactly what I needed... Wow!

She was amazing dealing with my son who had a TON of energy. He was having trouble doing the measuring for his eyes and she did a special thing that just had him reading letters while she was determining his measurements. It was awesome what she did. He's a always moving 6 year old and she gave him the measurements he needs to help him see an succeed at school.

She was awesome. This was my second time to visit her and I love going there even more now. I have horrible vision and they keep track of everything just to make sure nothing horrible is going on in your eye ball. They even show pictures of your eye to you from the previous year to the following. This step by step process helped alleviate any worries I had about my eye sight. I had a billing issue last year and not only did they give me a 5 dollar credit cause I over paid last year but they waived the 20 dollar fee for eye pictures. This proved to me they knew if they made me happy I'd be coming back to their place year after year and now I'm bringing my children to see Dr. Hall. I've worn glasses most my life and she's by far the best I've ever seen. She's kind, patient, and understanding. This last visit I asked more questions then usual and she didn't show any annoyance with me whereas some doctors I've seen just try and get you through as quick as possible. She didn't rush me at all especially during the last test where they determine your prescription. If that test is ever rushed a person may feel pressured to just say yea number one looked clearer when in reality it was two. So to summarize Dr. Hall is amazing and if you have kids they know how to take care of you.

Dr. Hall is the best! If you need a new eye doctor or even if you don't, SWITCH! She is efficient, proficient and super nice. Very convenient to Dallas, Garland and Mesquite.

My kids required glasses and the selection for kids were more than extremely limited, we left with two kids needing glasses but none being ordered due to the selection....
