Patient Reviews for Dr. Clifford W. Bassett - MD
Very thorough and very nice Doctor, PA and staff.
Made sure to answer all my questions - went over and above to help me find a doctor to assist me with issues that were not his specialty
He was very thorough
Fast, efficient, thorough and accomodating to my needs and questions. I recommend him.
The office visit was great. The office staff and the nurses were courteous. Dr Basset was professional and did a great job explaining everything to me.
I was extremely happy with the professionals--physician, nurse, and PA. They took a lot of extra time to make sure I understood my condition and the options that I had. The front desk staff, however, was extremely rude and brusque. One woman was downright mean. I will probably go back, but primarily because of how great the professional staff were.
Dr. Bassett is on the ball: he asks you the right questions, explains his line of thinking, and always stays focused on your treatment. So even though he's usually seeing multiple patients, I feel I am getting good care. Unfortunately one of his PAs is rather unprofessional. In one visit, she told me all about her son in California and her love of hiking, gave me unsolicited advice about a non-medical matter, talked about her clothing, called me "cookie" and patted me unnecessarily on the knee. Lady, I'm here to get treated for asthma, not to chit chat!
Very personable doctor. Listened carefully and took lots of notes (using paper and pen, not on an electronic device unfortunately). Recommendations for treatment seemed totally appropriate and reasonable.
absolutely fantastic. for the first time in years, a team of pros is finally helping me get to the bottom of my medical concerns. incredibly knowledgable and on their game.
Dr. Bassett & staff were very nice.
Dr. Bassett colleagues were extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. They took the time to speak with me and explore different treatments and solutions that would work best for me. They didn't try to 'sell' me anything or talk me into undergoing any more tests than absolutely necessary.
Great service, attention to details, very insigntful.
