She clearly did not review the information I filled in online prior to my appointment. I was so rushed through (in and out in 15 minutes) that I did not feel comfortable asking about the different procedures that I had indicated interest in on my form.

Dr Gray addressed all my concerns by providing available treatment options, along with her professional opinion of each. She kept in mind how costly treatment can be and tried to help by providing alternatives (generic vs name brand). She also gave samples and informational guides to help with researching options we discussed.

I think it was a little quick. I wanted to ask about some cosmetic procedures but she came in and out so quick I didn't get a chance.

They are incredibly efficient in their time management and very nice in the office. A great combo.

The staff is very friendly and professional, the wait before being seen was short. It was great that they had all my history handy and made notes directly into my e-file for future reference. Dr. Gray was very friendly and looked interested in me, she gave me attention and answered all my questions.

Dr Gray is highly efficient and knows what to do. She gives you choices (if they are choices for what you need) and explains everything. The staff is friendly, too.

I was extremely pleased. She gave me fast results for the scar that I had for a year on my forehead and I was so relieved after leaving her office. She made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.

It was good, she addressed my concerns knowledably. Felt like she knew what she was talking about and measured and documented some of my moles (which other docs i've had haven't done that!) The only thing was I felt like I was being rushed in and rushed out quickly. I would think with a new patient that you would want to build some repore with them and get to know them a little bit. Will see if that improves at my next visit.

Finally a dermatologist that actually looks at your skin and listens to you!!! I have only had one visit, but I am grateful to have found Dr. Gray.
