Very good doctor!!!!!

Professional and pleasant staff.

My experience with Dr Rabkin was a mixed one. On one hand, this doctor got the job done: he diagnosed my sinus infection with lightning speed, sufficiently addressed my concerns about the prescribed medications, and sent me off with prescriptions that cured me quickly. On the other hand, though, he wasn't exactly gentle in his bedside manner: about a minute into my appointment, without any warning, he began spraying numbing solution into my nostrils. This caused me to gasp for air, which visibly annoyed him. The moment the spraying was over - and well before the numbing effect was felt - the doctor stuck the scoping tube into my nose to look at my sinuses, while casually stating "this will be painful if you move." It was painful indeed, and I know (from experience with other docs) that it wouldn't be had he waited for the numbness to set in. tl;dr: I recommend this doctor to those who don't mind sacrificing comfort to get an effective diagnosis.

Felt very rushed. Dr seemed ok, however, he was very quick and I felt as though he I wasn't able to ask question. He just quickly concluded his DX without allowing me respond.

I really can say I have rarely had such a wonderful experience at the doctors office!! Excellent staff, very efficient. The doctor seemed very knowledgable and cleared up questions I have had for years that no one seemed able to answer. The office itself is very pleasant as well. Lovely lady who is the allergist. Overall- great experience (coming from a woman who does not like to visit doctors).

I found Dr. Rabkin to be thorough and professional and appreciative of my anxieties. He was going to remove wax today and when he saw how nervous I was, gave me an Rx to use for a few weeks and then he will remove it when it is soft.

Dr. Rabkin is incredibly Professional. He gets right to the point and shares with the patient the knowledge he or she needs to understand the diagnosis and treatment. I appreciate his respectful nature.

Office was busy but the staff was very professional and process me quickly to see the doctor. The doctor quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribe the right medication and scheduled another appointment for follow up.

I'm not a new patient to Dr Rabkin. I'm just new to Zoc Doc. Dr Rabkin is very knowledgeable and professional. His office is run in a very efficient manner. He has a full staff to assist him so that none of the patient's or the doctor's time is wasted on anything. That enables him to see patients quickly and spend more time on each patient.

I had a severe ear infection and Dr. Dimitry was very patient and understanding. He treated me right away and gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. The wait was less that five minutes which was great. Excellent visit and I did the follow up appointment which was also great.

I have not seen Dr.Rabkin in over 3 years and when he saw me he remembered me like if i just saw him yesterday. You don't find this type of professional anymore and i know since i had worked in the medical field for over 25 years.. Dr. Rabkin you are one of a kind and i will highly recommend you to anyone i know.

He is wonderful. Very sweet,knowledgeable and patient. I was really impressed. His office is not modern but it feels very nuturing and like home. I have seen alot more modern facilities but I would rather the home feel.

A no nonsense doctor: straight to the point and actually helped me with an issue that other doctors were planning on seeing me for at least 3-4 times. Way to go, Dr. Rubkin!

It was a weird experience probably because I'd never before been to an ENT. Wasn't used to the dentist-kind of chairs. Felt almost like a factory in that there were so many patients going in and out, and the doctor was quickly going from one to the next. Dr. Rabkin diagnosed me well, though, so I got what I needed. Wait time wasn't bad. Seemed really on point.

This doctor was very professional. I liked his manners and he was very quick to react if his staff didn't do their job properly. I was really disappointed with some members of his staff, especially the lady named Stella (not sure about the spelling) is really unprofessional. She shared personal information with me while I did not asked. I just came to get my tests done, period. She also complained a lot about the place and workers and especially patients. This was horrible since I was a patient myself. She had no boundaries of what could be discussed with a patient and what could not. She had very bad manners, she was rude to me and unprofessional towards everyone. I wonder how she still works there...raising my eye brows...

% was having cough for a week, when asked the doctor he answerd "go see a family doctor, not me, I don't deal with that". He didn't care at all to answer my question about my hearing problems too. Not a bad doctor but didn't worth the money I paid.
