I was very please with Dr. Ed Shin,i just wish i had known about him sooner.The wait time was understandably since it was my first time with him.And i would highly recommend him not only as a very professional doctor but also well manner and easy to talk with.

I went for an ENT consultation. Dr. Shin was very polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He answered every one of my questions and addressed each of my concerns. He is also a very patient man.

Dr. Shin listened to my concerns thoroughly, and took the time to address my situation. I was pleasantly surprised not to be rushed, as I was with my previous ENT. Most importantly, I know I am now receiving the best care for my sinus problems and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Also, I commend the staff for a super efficient service. Simply amazing!

Patient and friendly

Office was very organized, pleasant and efficient. Everything went smoothly. This was a fairly minor problem, but he seemed very professional, nice.

Finally someone who listened to me. He was very focused on my case and asked question about my symptoms until he got a very clear picture. He examined me carefully and did NOT give me steroids straight away (like any other doctors I had seen before) and made sure to explain in detail what he was prescribing. Having already been to two other ENT's in the city, he is the only one I can recommend!

I found the office, nice and clean upon entering. I went to Window 4 and the receptionist was very friendly. I filled out the paper work and was taken to see the doctor right away.. I found Dr. Shin to be extremely knowledgeable he took one look inside my ear and said there is fluid inside. I have been to two doctors who could not see this. I am happy I was referred to Dr. Shin

Visit with Dr. Shin was great. Highly recommend. I also went to the test center on the 5th floor, but the service was completely different. The wait was long, more than 45 minutes (found out afterwards that nurses were on a break and the receptionist did not tell me and other people, so we were all waiting) The center was very inefficient and the nurses were a bit impolite.

Dr. Shin was very professional and attentive. Listened to my concerns and suggested and CT Scan. After my results, he noticed I had mild sinus problem and provided a prescription. After suffering for over 4 years and with all my symptoms, I expected surgery. Overall, he's a good Doctor.

He was very attentive and very kind.

Arrogant and dismissive. He missed a large bone spur crushing my right vocal cord. Another physician found it one week later. It can easily be felt from the outside of my neck, but he didn't even bother. His staff, on the other hand are all lovely and extremely helpful and friendly.

very no nonsense and super quick check-up & visit. I had to continually prompt for more explicit comments and description of prognosis. he seemed knowledgeable though and did give more info when prompted.

The kind of DR. I like. Low key, soft spoken, not rushed, not pushy--very straightforward. LIstens and responds to questions.

He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He wasn't rushed. And he didn't rush. He took the time needed and listened to what I had to say. The Audiologist was very good; personable and efficient. And also answered any questions I had about the hearing test. On another note, the waiting area was open ith a nice open, well lit atmosphere. But the chairs in the waiting area were plastic and of an odd design. They were not comfortable to sit in and just weren't right for the room.

Listened, asked relevant questions, didn't rush you, explained everything fully. He was my second opinion doctor after seeing another doctor who was more standard type of dr (the type that just listens to what your symptoms are then just writes you an Rx and lead you out the door.) I felt more confident in Dr. Shin's consultation than the first doctor (who is my normal dr) so this time, I'll actually take my Rx as prescribed. I would recommend Dr. Shin highly.
