He was very personable, agreeable, friendly- nice :) Most importantly very helpful with the concerns I had and made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. All of the other staff in the office were very nice and helpful too.

When I arrived this morning for my 8:30 appointment I was told that my appointment was at 11:00 and that Dr. Finegold was not even in the office yet. Not sure where the mix-up happened, but that was very disappointing. Also, the receptionist was pretty unhelpful, bordering on rude. I will not be seeking another appointment with Dr. Finegold, and if I did, I wouldn't use ZocDoc because it doesn't seem the two are in sync. (I would still use ZocDoc for other appointments, though.)

What an amazing Doctor...he found solutions to my problems and took the time to listen. Highly recommend him!
