Dr Namdar is a great doctor. He has treated my 6 yr old since he was about 9 months old.

The office. No paper cups at the water cooler. I mentioned it to the receptionist who said she would attend to it, the cups never materialized. In most respects a good and well run office with short wait times, but hey when you've been on the subway since 96th St., and walked 4 blocks from the 59th St. subway, it's nice to have a cool fresh cup of water in the waiting room.

I needed an emergency ENT Dr and he resolved my problem same day. Thanks Doc!

The appointment went very smoothly and he was very friendly, helpful and reassuring.

I really thought Dr. Namdar was very friendly, warm and informative. It is one of the few times that I have gone to a doctor's office and not have to wait for a long time. I had a 10:00 am appointment and I got there around 10:08 am. It took me 5 minutes to fill out the forms and once I handed them in I saw Dr. Namdar like two mins or so later. During the consultation, Dr. Namdar was very attentive and really listened to find out what the problem was. Overall, he seemed genuinely concerned about me and wanted to help and that made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will return!

Dr. Namdar is very caring and professional. I made the appt for 9AM, the night before via ZocDoc, and in the morning when I arrived, I was seen right away. Excellent service and no wait time!

I seem to need frequent treatment for overproduction of ear wax. At this appointment I was admitted about ten minutes before my appointment time. First time in my life for any type of doctor. Appointments are usually on time or no less than 15 minutes behind. This is a well run practice.

I went to Dr. Namdar with my daughter as a new patient because she was in a lot of pain, and Dr. Namdar was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and then took care of it. It was one of the best medical experiences I've had!

I took my 91 year old mother to have her ears cleaned. When the procedure was over he moved her wheeler outside the door, motioned with his hands for us to quickly leave, and said he "had millions of patients waiting." His manner was extremely rude. We won't be returning.

About the office - When I showed up 15 minutes early, I was told I had no appointment for today, that my appointment was for Friday Oct 28 and I was listed as a "no show." I was told I would be worked in somehow. Nevertheless, at mere moments after 1PM, I was ushered into the doctor's exam room, and he came in about five later. I was in for a followup on ear infection treatment. I was also tested by his audiologist. I was out of there at around 1:45. Dr. Namdar seems very thorough and conscientious. My treatment remains ongoing. When I got home, I reviewed my emails, and indeed I had a zoc doc conformation for my appointment today(Oct 31)at 1PM.

Dr. Namdar was fine, had me in and out in 15 min because my nose was too stuffed for him to see anything. He wanted me to first seen an allergist to find out what I was allergic to because my allergies were so bad. I will not return here however, because of the reception staff. I had a referral from my doctor, but the receptionist was short with me because I did not have my insurance card (moved to a new address and insurance company sent the card to my old address, however all of my information was on the referral). When my appt was finished I had to get another referral to get a CT scan. While the one receptionist was getting the paper work ready she left halfway through because it was her lunch time. She switched off with another receptionist. I had a question about the process of getting a CT scan, but before she gave me an answer she picked up the phone and stayed on the phone for almost 15 minutes. At that point I was so angry I decided not to go back. The reception staff there is very unprofessional.
