Not sure yet. His office was a little cold personality wise. Always greet someone when they arrive with a simple "hello" or, "welcome" not "what's your first name here is your paperwork.." Anyway, I am excited to see if the doctor can help me.

our first visit went quite well. dr. rotella listened to our list of 'wants' in a physician, asked pertinent questions, and had a great sense of humor.

Dr. Rotella is great. He has a great attitude and a sense of humor. This is always welcome when you aren't feeling your best. He has a different view on healthcare which is a nice change from the norm. He seems to have a tight crew, from the desk on back. The office is also attractive which is a plus, but you don't feel like they are going to gouge you because of the nice furniture. His current resident was a real nice kid as well. I don't think you will be disappointed.

He was a very caring attentive professional. Their office came to my aid because my previous physician could not squeeze me in to their schedule for a full 5 days. Can you imagine having to wait that long to see someone when you are not feeling well and unable to function your day to day?

My experience with Dr. Rotella was excellent. The office is beautiful and comfortable. My only suggestion is to improve the bedside manner of the doctor's assistant. She did not introduce herself and frankly, treated me quite impersonally. When moving me from one room to another she simply directed, "Follow me" and walked several steps ahead of me, not looking back. Truthfully, she seems competent but needs a bit of help with her interpersonal skills. Highly impressed otherwise! Dr. Mike Vandermark
