His special area of interest is in the integration of medical and chiropractic care for headache sufferers. Dr. Rotella received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Kansas City, MO and a Doctorate of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean in St. Martin, Netherlands Antilles.
