This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor! When I showed up for my appointment I was told Dr. LaTortue would not arrive for another 45 minutes which is his normal schedule. I asked why he would schedule someone 45 minutes before he was expected to arrive and the nurse shrugged her shoulders. During my exam he took a personal phone call and wouldn't directly answer my questions regarding an exam he scheduled for me. When I called back to get the results as instructed, I was told to call back the next day. When I called back I was told that he was not in and that I would have to call back. I would NEVER refer this doctor to anyone and would advise anyone considering visiting his practice to find another practitioner.

Waited forever in a noisy waiting room and was subsequently billed for a co-pay that I had already paid.

Would not recommend this location to anyone who could go somewhere else. The staff are helpful and hardworking, but they're also understaffed and lacking resources (they didn't even have change available for my co-pay). The waiting room is rowdy, crowded and unpleasant. Once I did see the doctor, he was helpful and quick, but overall the experience was not a great one.
