Outstanding!

It just took 12 mins to get seen by Dr. Charlotten. It was helpful having the option to print out paperwork from zocdoc. Dr. Charlotten was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The nurse or medical assistant was very friendly and easy to talk with as well. The Dr. was informative and took his time to explain things. It seemed to be a busy day since the waiting room was full, So some exams were not done. I was told by Dr. Charlotten that he would do some examinations but he ended up not performing them. It was ok though, since I didn't really need those examinations anyway. :-) Otherwise, it was a good visit and I definitely recommend visiting this Dr.

I had a pediatric consultation with Dr. Charlotten and thought he was good and liked his facility. I'm still deciding if I will go with him as my child's pediatrician.

Dr. Charlotten is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He is the best doctor I have ever seen and will make you feel wonderful about your visit. He is highly knowledgeable, explains everything in detail in very understanding language. He definitely cares about his patients and is very friendly. His receptionists are delights, too. All around great experience.

Dr. Charlotten is the best doctor you could ask for! He is extremely professional, very pleasant to talk to and a great listener. He thinks outside of the box and makes you feel like he really does care about your health and will do all in his power to find an answer to any of your health problems. His staff are also very nice. I especially like the fact that he goes over your test results for blood work line by line and will explain everything as he goes. His staff also draws the blood there in the office which is convenient! I started seeing him and recommended him to my husband, father and step-mother. They are now all patients of Dr. Charlotten and they all love him just as much as I do! All doctor's should be like him! I'm so glad for a site like ZocDoc because it led me to Dr. Charlotten!

Dr. Charlotten is very easy to like because he seems to truly care about people. He is thorough in his examination and takes time to explain things. I guess what matters most is do I trust him? Yes, thats why he is my primary care physician.

Today was my first time appointment with Dr Charlotten. He's great. Very nice, and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend.

He is so amazing. He has the ability to make you comfortable and explain every concern of yours in lehmans terms. He truly cares about his patients and I am thankful that he is my doctor.

It was my first visit today and was quite pleased with my experience. Although the wait time was a bit long, he did apologize and say that he was a little behind. I can't really complain since it was on a weekend and usually an hour wait seems to be the norm for most doctors I've seen in the past. The assistants were pleasant and metered parking was not a problem at all. What I also loved was the fact that their office texts you the appointment time the day of, which can sometimes be necessary. Once I did get to see Dr. Charlotten, he was very patient with all my questions and answered them thoroughly. He has a personable approach and definitely makes you feel relaxed in his presence. The office was clean and the technology used is quite up to date. I'm glad I read the positive reviews and am happy to contribute to them. Overall, I plan to regularly visit Dr. Charlotten when needed.

Amazing doctor. He was very respectful, and polite. He didn't rush to get me out of the office like most doctors do. He took his time, listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions/concerns. The staff was nice also, and I was seen right away. The office is very clean. Overall, I had an awesome experience. Because I am a female, I prefer to be seen by a female doctor over a male doctor, but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Charlotten.

This MD is not only highly educated, but takes the time to get to know you as a person. He cares about your physical and mental well being. Its not too often a physician makes you feel comfortable, especially when your in pain or ill. I would tell all of you that this is the place to go. No wait, the office staff is very nice, and you'll walk out feeling like someone really cares about you!
