I had a great first experience with Dr. Roberts. Her office is comfortable and welcoming (nicely decorated, fun books, organic lollipops) and her staff was friendly. I was taken to get my vitals checked right at my appointment time and Dr. Roberts came in just a few minutes later. Being somewhat of an alarmist with medical stuff, it was refreshing to have a no-nonsense doctor who was very upfront but not rude or condescending. I trusted her and felt she'd give me great care without any unnecessary worrying/prescription writing/test taking. I'll definitely come here for my annual gynecology exam as well.

It was absolutely horrible. She was completely rude and treated me like I was stupid and didn't know anything about myself or about how I was feeling. I will never go back. Eye rolls and sighs are something you might expect from a child, not from a professional.

Dr. Roberts and and her staff were extremely nice. Dr. Roberts was very thorough as to what she was doing throughout the procedure and why. I felt very comfortable. The organic lollipops were awesome too!

Not how I expected from what I'd read about her, but just what I was looking for. I rated her down on bedside manner, but if you're not looking to be talked gently through the whole thing, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

This is probably the best doctors office I've ever been in. There is nice calming music, good art, pleasant lighting, and a glass water carafe with lime slices in it! Also, the doctor is from my hometown. All the staff is friendly and I would recommend this doctor to everyone.

I can't even express how happy I am to have found Dr. Roberts. She is a pleasant blend of extremely intelligent with an amazingly friendly and helpful way about her. When she's talking to you, you can tell that she cares and that she genuinely enjoys what she's doing.

It was not a pleasant visit. I found Dr. Roberts to be actually quite rude, as if she had better things to do and my visit were a burden. Maybe she was having a bad day, but regardless I will be finding another doctor. It may be a matter of personal preference, but I found it to be unacceptable.

Dr. Roberts is efficient, down-to-earth, and does a great job explaining medical conditions to patients. She never rushes the patient and makes sure all questions are answered and a treatment plan is in place.

I am always impressed how amazing Dr. Roberts, Daisy, and Amy are when I go. I always feel like they really care about me. They are all great listeners. They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. I never feel rushed, it's almost like I'm their only patient and they want to make sure that everything is okay. I would highly recommend to everyone.
