Excellent operation - in addition to being a thorough physician, the front office and nursing staff run things perfectly. Was brought into the examination room within 2 minutes of arrival, and had no time waiting for the PA or nurse, or the physician.

Dr. Mailloux was excellent! She was very thorough and took a lot of time to explain my test results and talk about any concerns I had. Her assistant was great, too - I was nervous during my appointment, but her sense of humor and excellent bedside manner helped me calm down. I was very, very pleased with my experience there!

My 1st visit w/Mailloux, so jury still out. Generous w/her time, which I always appreciate. Seemed thorough/thoughtful. Promised further investigation & follow-up & told me to "call her," which is unusual nowadays w/Dr.'s.

This was my 3rd visit to Dr. Mailloux's office. I continue to be impressed by her promptness, her diligence and her memory of my details from past visits. The office also has a lab so routine blood work is really efficient. A refreshing change from typical doctor visits.

Dr Mailloux, was excellent at listening to all I had to say-- she explained everything she was doing, and her suggested plan of action was laid out with an immediate agenda for me and what to expect next. The support staff was professional, friendly and comfortable. The facility on 14th street, is new and very nice... It was an excellent visit. Hopefully a good sign to resolving my health issues... Very nice, new and clean facility. Very friendly staff at the reception and the technician who did the basics. I was seen by a fellow first before Dr. Mailloux came in. had to do some blood work which was also done instantly thanks to the lab they have too. Overall a very pleasant experience
