Dr. Margaret Dauphin-Van Dyk MD

Dr. Van Dyk was wonderful, but her billing person was ridiculous. Not only did he screw up, I had to call him three times only to be talked to like a child before ultimately getting him to understand that the mistake was his and not mine. Dealing with insurance is hard enough without having people like him to make it even harder. The Dr. was wonderful as I said, but I will not be returning to the practice.

Once I told the front desk staff that I was on my lunch hour, they kindly took me right back to see the doctor. I thought the Dr. was professional, kind and understanding. Not a super personality, but that's fine, she's my doctor not my friend.

Other than the long wait time (45+ minutes), I have no complaints. Dr. Van Dyk was very professional and personable.

Everything seemed to move in slow motion. Dr Van Dyk seemed very nice but sort of tired and half paced. Her assistant was also nice but kind of vague. The place was silent and empty as a tomb. It was kind of like the doctor's office that time forgot. The doctor forgot to write up my prescriptions when she handed me the rest of my follow up paperwork. Made me wonder what else would be missed.....

She was very professional and insightful. No complaints.

as a doc she seems perfectly fine. the wait is a joke though, i waited 50 mins after my scheduled appointment time before i was seen.
