Finally! I've found an allergist! Dr. Marcu is easy to talk to, understands how to present all the options, and is someone I feel very comfortable going to for long-term treatment. I go to the SoHo office — the staff there is quick and efficient.

It took about 30 minutes before she finally met with me, but seeing as she took her time with me, I'll willingly wait as long as I have to. She was informative and understanding and willing to work with me.

Fantastic doctor. Second year in a row I've gone to her during allergy season and both times I've actually enjoyed the visit. Not only is she very knowledgeable and thorough, but incredibly nice as well.

Worth the wait. Great Doctor. She actually listens to your issues and comes up with a game plan instead of just listening to you breathe and then prescribing you a bunch of meds you don't need/ never heard of.

Dr. Marcu was excellent and very caring. I'll definitely return to her and take my daughter. Thank you ZocDoc for getting me an appointment with her overnight. I was suffering terribly and this really shortened my waiting time.

I liked her as a doctor explained everything and took her time to give me information. I wasn't impressed with the office, people were walking in and out of the exam room (6 or 7 times). I would be more inclined to go to her midtown location.

The doctor and her staff were all very nice. Not too long of a wait and the doctor really took her time to explain the allergies and medications.

Waits are a little long, but Dr. Marcu is so friendly and so funny. She really seems to care, and even though I hadn't seen her for almost a year, she still remembered me and always does everything she can to help right away. Worth waiting in the waiting room for. :)

I really appreciated that Dr. Marcu took the time to cover all my history and symptoms. So many doctors have rushed through my appointments and I feel that I didn't get the proper treatment. I was very happy and comfortable with my first visit and will definitely continue to return to Dr. Marcu for any follow up visits I may have.

I think Dr. Marcu is great. Very knowledgeable and very kind. However, her staff leaves something to be desired. They were rude and unwilling to ask Dr. Marcu to prescribe me a rescue inhaler after I had an asthma attack and they had to reschedule and then cancel an appointment.

Wonderful doctor. Always keeps positive and professional relationship with patients and demands the same from her 4 other staff. Wait time is usually not more than 10 minutes. Especially, her personal assistant Natalie is great. Dr. is overly educated and highly qualified. Sometimes, I think she deserves way superior position then she is at now.

I waited a lot, 70 minutes, although I was the first patient at 10 AM appointment for the day. I came there for an allergy test and allergy shots. None was done. Dr told me come back next week, so she can take a test on my skin. Not that what I expected after reading lots of positive feedback.

I got to the appointment 45 minutes early just to make sure I was seen on time, and they actually took me early! This was probably the best doctor's experience I've ever had- super friendly staff and the doctor was very kind/knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

Best experience with a doctor in a very long time. Dr. Marcu actually spends time with you and listens. She explained the problem and gave me my options very clearly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Marcu to anyone.

I've never been to a better allergist. Maybe never a better doctor. So kind, funny, and helpful. Listened to everything I had to say, explained everything in detail, and was cheerful the whole way through. (even though I was 10 minutes late. Sorry!) Have a follow up appointment next week! Can't recommend enough.
