Unprofessional! I left his office in tears. I have contacted my insurance company to look into having him removed from our provider list. As an adult who works in healthcare I feel I am understanding. I would give this ENT an F in all areas. He also only has a front office asst who does it all, nop nurse. The room was filthy and obviously not even wiped down beofre I was led back...disgusting.

He had a great bedside manner and explained things in detail. He made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation!

I found it easy to get an appointment with this doctor, but once I went in and saw his office and then met with him, I am hesitant to recommend him to anyone. I found him to be condescending and abrupt. He is knowledgeable, but he does not have good bedside manner.

The dr was wonderful. Loved him.

He was very knowledgable and calming with my son who was very nervous. Sat and talked with us to help calm his nerves and didn't seem rushed.

He saw me quickly, identified my medical problem, answered my questions, wrote a perscription, and I was out of the parking garage in 30 minutes. He realized the value of MY time.

Doctor Altenau put me at ease, examined me thoroughly, and provided a solution to my problem, which seems to have worked a dramatic improvement already. So glad I went to see him!
