He's a good listener and I appreciate that quality ina doctor.
Dr. El-Dakkak was receptive and gentle. He spent ample time with me and answered all of my questions. There was some wait from my scheduled appointment time, approximately forty minutes. However, it was a fulfilling visit.
The wait is really crazy. The waiting room is full to beyond capacity. I noticed a patient yelling because of the wait, at the receptionist. There is a sign stating there is wifi, but there is no password given for wifi. (Would have helped the over two hour wait to use that) When I sat in the exam room, the receptionist walked in and was using the computer in there. Then she sprayed a lot of very stinky air freshener. I found it hard to breathe, and felt like she thought I smelled or something. That said, the doctor is very sweet and nice. He really is. He shook my hand goodbye though, before I understood my treatment at home for a broken bone. I have limited options due to my insurance. I do not look forward to returning for more waiting!
