This visit was not bad. The wait time was ridiculous however they receive my benefit of the doubt since I did show up unfashionably late and the weather that day may have made things more hectic. Nonetheless, the receptionist(s) were polite and professional and the doctor was professional. I would recommend him.

Dr. Dakkak was very attentive and polite, and the office was clean and modern. I would highly recommend him.

The staff was very professional and kind, I like the environment of the office, clean and high end. The doctor answered all my questions clearly and he was friendly. He's an excellent orthopedic Surgeon, I highly recommend him. Thank you for the great help!

The visit was very poor and unorganised .

Very unprofessional. No sanitary requirements seemed to be met at this establishment. Credit card wasn't accepted so that made the experience very inconvenient.

Very old school office but everyone was very nice and I liked that I did not have to wait to be seen.

Super long wait time (1.5 hours), and then once he saw me we sat for about five minutes. He gave me a questionable diagnosis for the shoulder pain/cracking I've had for four years and basically told me that's just how it is and I will have to work around it. He was a really sweet guy, and the other patients I spoke to in the waiting room love him, but I'm going elsewhere for a second opinion.

I love this doctors office the patience was stupendous I can't wait for my next appt the doctor actually listened to me !

Dr. El-Dakkak was professional and had great bedside manner. I'm sure he is a great doctor. However, the rest of the office experience was frustrating. When I first arrived the waiting room was so full of people that 2 patients had to stand. The receptionist was nice but seemed disorganized, behind her files were overflowing off of the shelves and loose papers were scattered everywhere. The waiting room, Dr. El-Dakkak's office, and the x-ray room were all extremely small and most of the equipment I saw looked badly outdated. Personally, I liked Dr. El-Dakkak and was happy with his service, but the rest of the office was such a mess that I probably won't go back.

I came in late and the doctor saw me right away. The nurse was nice as well. The doctor answered all my questions and was honest. He didn't rip me off by sending me to get an xray or MRI or chiropractor or therapy. I should of came here from first before I went to a chiropractor.

Good beside manner and helpful but I felt rushed and I had to wait over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.

Great knowledgeable doctor but awful wait time even with appointment.
