Nicole was very friendly and professional. I've tried a few doctors on the area and have been unsatisfied. I definitely plan to stick with Nicole for awhile. There was a bit of a wait but that may have been due to processing, etc since it was my first visit. When all was said and done, I was out of there in a little over an hour and a half. Leave a little extra time for parking and finding the office since the hospital is pretty large.

The front desk needs to be more professional, They had me wait almost a hour to see the docter. They never let her know I was there. I thought my appointment went ok. This was my first visit so I will see how it is for a few more visits.

Dr McClendon was one of the best doctors I've ever been to. She was friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her!

Very friendly, down to earth person who answered all of my questions and made me feel good about being at the office. Also, the staff were very helpful and efficient in answering questions and getting me seen.

Dr. McClendon has a great bedside manner. She has a very calming presence and is straightforward, articulate and nice. Going to the obgyn is never anyone's favorite activity but Dr. McClendon will make your experience a positive one.

Dr. McClendon was great! Very comforting and easy to talk to. However, the office staff were not very helpful and made me call my insurance company to figure out my copay.

She spent a lot of time answering my questions, providing education, and learning about me and my health history. I did not feel rushed and was comforted by her calm and kind demeanor.

I really liked Dr. Nicole McClendon, she made me feel comfortable, and explained everything very clearly. However, her nurse that wieghed, took my blood pressure, and brought me to the room was very quick, rude, and not professional. The nurse walked in on me while I was changing and told me to look the other way, and also bumped into me on my way out without apologizing. I don't know who she was but she needs a serious sitdown. I would definately go back because DR. Nicole McClendon was GREAT, but I would inquire about a different nurse next time. The nurse is apart of a very small portion of the general exam anyway.
