About Dr. Otoniel Huertas-Lopez

Doctor Otto Huertas is the medical director for Dallas Cosmetic Center. He is one of a small number of gynecologists in the United States who have completed advanced training in aesthetic reconstructive vaginal surgery. Among the unique services provided by Dr. Huertas are laser vaginal rejuvenation for enhanced sexual gratification, laser labial reduction, laser labial augmentation with fat transfer, hymen restoration, and single-incision hysterectomy.
Doctor Huertas graduated from the University of Charleston in West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science (Biology) and earned his medical degree at the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed his internship in general surgery at Boston University and then finished his residency in OB/GYN at the University of Puerto Rico. He has been in practice since 1999, having been initially board-certified in the field of OB/GYN in 2000, and has been re-certified since then.
For the last 20 years, he has dedicated his practice to improving women’s beauty and well-being. His goal is to achieve complete patient satisfaction through personalized attention and a high standard of care. Dr. Huertas spends countless hours educating his patients before surgery and takes meticulous care of them during their surgical procedure and their recovery period.

He is absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, kind, and quickly did any tests needed. We made a treatment plan and he even gave me a high five at the end, haha. Bedside manner was amazing and I can tell he is the best at what he does. Also, not a single bit of fat shaming like so many doctors do. I have only great things to say about him!

Poor experience, did not see the dr. I was not aware of a consultation charge, it was not mentioned when I booked it. They said they called and left a message before the appt but I didn't get it. No reason to pay them for a consultation, plenty of other legit drs that do it for free. Also, if you need to reschedule or cancel your surgery for ANY reason, they wont do it and will charge you a lot and half of what was paid will be returned. Lots of red flags! Oh and if you never see this post it's because they mention if you list pricing specifics, the review will be rejected...shady company

Gorgeous facility and a comforting environment. The ladies up front, who checked me in were very sweet. The doc's nurse went home sick so his office manager had to cover....you could tell this was not her background, but I was impressed at her efforts to help get the job done! I think he is a great doctor, only I was a little disappointed that he didn't take my recent unexplained weight gain as serious as I do. 30+ lb gain in just a few months. That is not normal and has nothing to do with stress. I was hoping he would be the one willing to help me figure this out. There is still hope he is!

Everybody in this office is courteous and make you feel comfortable. They answer all of the question you might have about any procedure! The only "BAD" thing that happened was that even if i had an appointment and got there on time, they had me waiting for 40 minutes!!!
