I agree with the previous comments that she was fine but that the wait time, politeness and the english skills of the support staff and reception could be worked on. I was also surprised to hear her make disparaging remarks about the UK health system given I am a brit and using comments like "you should be used to waiting" which were not helpful - in the UK I have never waited so long and even so it should not become an acceptable standard.

The doctor is a very kind woman, and easy to speak with. However, her support staff kept me waiting for about 45 minutes, and barely speak English. The receptionist also kept forgetting I was there, and then didn't apologize when I had to gently remind her that I'd asked her about 30 minutes prior for assistance.

Dr. Nagi was great, but I did wait for 45 minutes, and her office and assistants are not very pleasant. Not enough to dissuade me from returning.

I really liked interacting with Dr. Nagi. Because I hadn't seen a general practitioner in a while, I started mentioning any ailment I could think of in addition to the issue that brought me in last week. Dr. Nagi said that these details might fit into "the story," a way of thinking that made me feel very comfortable.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Nagi. I love it bc she specializes in a few fields & I can go to her for a few different types of needs. The staff isn't super friendly but they aren't rude either, just seems they are there to do their job. With that being said, they seem very knowledgeable & are professional.

I saw both Dr. Nagi and Dr. Michael in a series of visits. They were alright, though very perfunctory in their examinations, but the wait time for my appointment was horrendous! I had to wait over an hour simply to get test results. I would not recommend their practice.

The appointment was relatively short and efficient. The office did feel like it was missing air conditioning though. I had a tough time understanding the nurse at times (she had a thick accent), but she was very patient and understanding when drawing my blood (I'm very squeamish). It wasn't the most personable and comprehensive visit but it was relatively thorough.

Dr. Nagi is always quick, efficient, and kind. I always feel like she remembers me and cares about the quality of my health; I don't feel like just another number in her office. Her explanations for whatever's going on are always simple to understand but precise, and I like the rest of the staff as well.

Being that I waited over an hour for a 15min visit I am a little disgruntled...and I was one of three patients in the non busy office. However, she was very attentive once i was seen. I have a second visit so we'll see next time.

Best experience I've had with a physician in a long time. Dr. Nagi was friendly, attentive and thorough and followed up my visit with a phone call. The nurse was also great and supertalented in the blood draw department.

Dr. Nagi was a true godsend--especially since I set my appointment about an hour before. Both Dr. Nagi and her staff are pretty awesome; they really seem to care. That is truly comforting in times where most physicians are simply about getting money.
