Dr Dagan was very nice and very thorough, asking lots of questions and actually LISTENING to my answers. And was very reassuring about ever needing to contact him if I"m not feeling better soon. My only gripe was the wait time.

The office was beautiful super clean and very friendly. The staff was very nice and Dr. Dagan was not only personable, but he spent real time with examining me. Lots of Doctors just pass in and write a prescription, but he took notes and explained everything. Highly recommended.

I was very anxious about the sensation in my ear (and the loss of hearing), but Dr. Dagan put me at ease that we were going to get to the bottom of whatever was causing it. He was efficient and gentle, and answered all of my questions. The audiologist in his office was great too (Rachel is her name, I think). The office is beautiful and the receptionist has a delightfully welcoming personality.

Dr. Dagan from the moment he walked in was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. His bedside manner was excellent. As a new patient we talked through my medical history and then discussed why i was there. He was extremely thorough with his examination and i felt really good about his diagnosis. i will be seeing him again in 2 weeks for a follow-up. Overall I had an excellent experience. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful as a plus!

Wow. This guy is great. He took more than a typical doctors time with a patient to see me and address any and every concern. He was very reassuring and I will begin his treatment plan immediately. I have a follow-up in a month where he will also address some other potential surgical procedures he can do to address my nasal congestion. Two thumbs up for sure!

I returned from vacation with some discomfort in my left ear from scuba diving. My EA, researched ear specialist in the midtown area and stumbled upon this website. Dr. Dagan was available and appeared very qualified. I was very satisfied with the service.

I was kept waiting for 35 minutes. A patient came in after me without an appointment and was treated before me. I was given no explanation or notice the doctor was running late. There have to be better doctors in New York City.

He made me feel very comfortable, helped me out with anxiety I was having, and laid out a clear plan to deal with my ailment.

Great, thorough, answered all my questions.

After two days of sore throat misery, I finally acknowledged that I needed to see a professional. Logged onto ZocDoc and found Dr. Dagan, an ENT specialist, who's office was nearby and with an early appt. on Tuesday. He and his staff were super friendly, he checked out the issue and the underlying cause and sent me on my way with antibiotics that fixed me up right away. Dr. Dagan (like most ZocDocs) has a digital office, so he did my intake on his computer and got a full history in minutes AND submitted my prescriptions online. I don't have a regular need for an ENT doc, but I would definitely go back to Dr. Dagan if I did again.
