They made me wait more than two hours. When I went to complain in the front desk, they told me that I have to wait more because I waited only for thirty minutes. The staff in this office are not professional and do not know what they are doing.

So here is my story. So i come to Dr. Katz in the queens office and I was amazed of her overwhelming knowledge and professionalism. I can't believe that I was misdiagnosed 2 years ago with Lyme disease and never got treated. In only 2 visits she figured it out but its a bit late that a simple lyme disease turned into a life threatening lupus. If i did not come across Dr. Katz, I would todate not know what in reality i have. She spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and concerns. I loved that she did not brush me off I know very well that i was not the only patient as the reception was full of people, but everyone spoke extremely well of her. Unfortunately i have this condition but i was fortunate enough to come across Dr. Katz. The staff was nice and friendly and the office looked very neat and clean. So if you want to right answer to your condition she is definitely a great clinician.

FIVE. HOURS. I was in this office for FIVE HOURS. 3.5 until a nurse even saw me, one more until I saw Dr. Katz, and then a decent chunk of time actually with her (which was nice). Completely unacceptable.

my very 1st appt i waited 2 hrs to be seen. Dr katz was great but the wait was a big disappointment. But i will comtinue to go every though all my other appt i have to wait 30 mintues to and hr.

The wait time sucked. I had a 5:15pm appointment and it was around 5:50 before the nurse even saw me, granted this was my initial visit, though there was a gentleman in the waiting room who told he'd been waiting for an hour.
Despite that the staff seems knowledgable and caring. Dr. Katz told her time with me and I felt I got good treatment. I would go back, but hoping the next visit is not as lengthy.

The office was beautiful and the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I like this doctor alot. She spent quality time and really seems to care. Lots of resources to help patients. I must say I was very impressed.

Its pretty amazing that I got to my appointment 37 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I will be searching for a new doctor first thing in the morning. I'm disgusted and never coming back!

She was understanding to the problem I was having. She listened to what I was explaining.
The only problem was the stuff in understand that a medication given to me needs to be pre- auth. And when I was able to explain it, was told the girl who does it who does it won't be in to Monday ...

I am extremely satisfied with my visit!!! The doctor is very knowlegable and caring, the staff is very corteous, the nurse was very professional and the office is beautiful. I am very glad that i was able to find such a great doctor!!!
