Do not book through zocdoc, i went for my appointment but it gave me the wrong location (right address, wrong town- brought me about 20 minutes to a half hour away) and a date that the office wasn’t even open. I called the office and rescheduled, they apologized for the inconvenience and told me they had asked zocdoc to stop making their appointments but apparently they didnt listen. So if you want an appointment here, i suggest calling the office to book instead of zocdoc

Terrible experience. Waited TWO HOURS after scheduled appt until Dr. Katz called me for my appt. Dr Katz laughed and said “you aren’t having a flare up” of my autoimmune disease when I had scans from ER that showed I had fluid in my lungs and abdomen. Then I was rushed off call because she had to see another patient.. after I had waited 2 hours to see her. I work in healthcare and was truly disappointed by her lack of thoroughness. She doesn’t care. Will never see her again.

After waiting 30 minutes in the virtual waiting room I called the office and they said she was not in that day and that they were aware no one called me “sorry”. That was a waste of time and extremely frustrating.

Dr. Katz was both professional and kind, and made me feel like I was in good hands. She outlined a comprehensive plan to figure out the source of my issues, adding helpful explanations for the medical stuff. Her medical team was super responsive, and even helped add labs from my PCP to my file. Really lovely experience with a great doctor and team :).

She studies your whole body and analyzes it really well before making an assessment and possible diagnosis to see what can be the cause instead just looking at the symptoms. I’ve become too used to doctors who don’t pay attention and have already decided what’s wrong with a patient before they see them. Dr. Katz was an amazing surprise. She was thoughtful and thorough, kind and reassuring. She’s the most observant doctor I’ve ever seen, noticing details and connecting them together. Can not recommend highly enough.

The doctor gets straight to the point and makes sure to get all blood samples and exams to check you out and give you a full analysis on what may be wrong with you. They are helping me with my health and I’m appreciative of that. The nurses are so kind there , good place , it’s pretty packed but it’s definitely due to the doctors popularity and the neighborhood

The visit with Dr. Katz was great. She is hands on, and I left feeling better than I did for the past few months. Dr. Katz gave me the answers about the pain I have been experiencing for the past year and 4 months in one visit than the doctors have given me in multiple appointments during the past year and 4 months.

I must say i had the most amazing experience seeing Dr Katz. She was very attentive, caring, seeet and understanding. She did not rush me and answered all my questions without any hesitation. She immediately created a plan of care and assigned a nurse manager for my chronic conditions. I have never had such an experience. It was a complete and most incredible experience ever.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Katz to anyone i know.
