I liked the Dr. however I was the only person in the office when I arrived at 10:50. By 11:30 the room was full and they took me in at 11:40. Dr. was apologetic but it was unnecessary wait time. Nurses were very nice.

Great experience! I had a routine sinus infection and Dr. Kuznetsova saw me on time and quickly. I scheduled my appointment at 9:30am and was walking out with my prescriptions by 11am.

Quick visit for a last minute exam. Dr. K. and the staff was great. My previous Dr's felt a bit more thorough which was my only drawback but I'd defn go back. Being able to fill in the forms prior to arrival was great!

The Doctor was very knowledgeable, prompt but I didn't feel rushed. She took the time to explain what she was going to do, and also answered all of my questions. I've been here once before and would visit again. Thanks

I was traveling on business and easily found Dr. Kuznetsova's information, made an appointment online and was in and out within a half hour, which included vitals taken by a nurse, a sit down with the Dr. and then her examination. Highly recommend!

Dr. K. is fantastic -- personable, funny, cares a lot about her patients, and willing to share as much or as little info as you want -- was super patient answering all my questions. :) Highly recommend!!

Tardy. Appointment was at 9:15, she arrived at office around 9:40. Saw her 15 minutes later for a total of 5 - 10 minutes.

Every time I have been to seen Dr. Kuznetsova, I was in and out of the office within an hour- great and efficient staff! The doctor was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and made the experience very personalized. I liked that she includes breast checks (for women) and EKGs as part of a routine physical. After going for my PAP/annual gyno checkup, I decided to make Dr. Kuznetsova my PCP and have been very happy ever since!

I went to Dr. Kuznetsova for an annual gyno exam and precription refill. I was seen within fifteen minutes and in and out of the office in an hour- very efficient! She was very sweet and professional, and noticed I was nervous- she asked a few times how I was doing throughout the exam, which I appreciated. The rest of the medical staff were also very sweet, attentive and professional. Choosing to come here from now on!

She doesn't have the greatest bedside manner and she tends to be to the point, but I found her to listen well and be very thorough. I'd definitely recommend her.

I didn't have to wait very long for the nurse to come in and take my vitals. I did get my blood drawn & EKG all before I saw the doctor which took about 45 minutes. Over all my experience was OK. I went for the first time just for a check up so really didn't need to talk her much. I wouldn't recommend her if you want a more personable doctor. She was nice, I was in & out and happy with that

I was very happy with my appointment with Dr. K! She was busy when I got there, but a nurse made sure I was attended to right away and took my blood pressure/weight/etc as I waited. The nurses are also very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs a lot :) Dr. K herself seemed to take a lot of care to make sure she tactfully explained what you needed to do. I thought she could be a little bit more direct about what my issue was, but she made sure she considered everything about me (location-status, personal history, income) become giving me a remedy.

I always receive thorough treatment without a long wait at Dr. Kuznetsova's office. Their partnership with the lab on the 3rd floor facilitates things like blood tests and other procedures quickly, without having to leave the building. Dr. Kuznetsova is always personable, approachable and nonjudgmental.

Dr. K and her staff were very efficient and knowledgeable. Was in and out within 45 minutes after a pretty thorough exam. It was quite obvious that I just needed antibiotics, so can't speak for people with issues more serious than a random bacterial infection. My only qualm is that the waiting room is quite small (limited to about five or six seats), so slightly uncomfortable.Fortunately they got people into the exam room before anyone had to stand for too long.

Dr. Kuznetsova is friendly and compassionate and willing to take her time to get to the bottom of whatever is ailing you. I've had appointments with her on several occasions for a variety of general issues and have always found her to be very responsive to my medical needs. She's also particularly knowledgable regarding travel medicine and is great at making sure you're properly vaccinated before heading off to an exotic locale.

Kind and helpful assistants, and a thorough checkup. Dr. K was great! Much enjoyed her bedside manner. Would definitely return. Easy office access from Grand Central Station, with clean office and lovely staff.

Wonderful visit. Dr. K was thorough, took her time asking about my medical history and didn't make me feel rushed while answering my questions. This was also probably the best visit I have ever experienced with a doctor. Normally there are long wait times and lots of paperwork. I booked the appointment the night before and saw her immediately. I didn't have to wait at all to see the doctor in the waiting room. Even in the exam room, I had a book out ready for a and never had to bide my time reading it because I was seen right away. Another good thing to note is that her office accepts paperwork in advance, which is super easy to fill out on ZocDoc -- no printing! Just enter a form online and send. I've never encountered this with a practice on this site. Dr. K's nurses are also fantastic. I don't like getting my blood drawn, and the nurse who drew my blood was excellent. I didn't feel a thing, even though she had to take a pretty large sample.

Great experience, but I wouldn't recommend for an annual OBGYN visit. Go to a specialist!!

Didn't really like the office. Small and a little dingy. I waited an hour and 45 minutes (standing part of the time because not enough chairs) while other patients seemed to be in and out. I am sure they were seeing different doctors but there was no communication about why it took so long, and I had to keep asking for an update. Dr K was nice enough and I was in an out once seen but the overall office experience was enough that I will probably go elsewhere now.

Fast help with "travel stomach" Not knowing where to go for a checkup I'm glad I came across this office. Will be back if needed.

She was sufficiently pleasant, and so were the staff members. The office was tidy and clean, and professional-looking. I am not sure if I'd go back, though, only because she didn't seem aware of the very common medication I was asking her to refill... She kept on saying I was using it "off label," which I definitely was not...which I felt was a bit odd and awkward.

She left the exam room to research it and immediately came back with an educated answer. There is no guess work with Dr. K. And you don't need to guess anymore. Book with her. Actually don't. Despite what some reviews say, I found Doctor K personable enough for my purpose. I would not likely use her as my everyday physician but for an urgent care type of travel doctor I think she fits the bill. Agreed that office was a bit less than professional (dress, documentation, etc.) but the nurse I saw was very pleasant. I will go back if the need arises.

I made an appointment and waited over 2 hours. Then when I was finally seen she did not know the medicine to prescribe me and I had to call my aunt who was a doctor to tell her what to prescribe me and what dosage. She was very nice but I would never go back if I ever had anything serious.

I did not feel that Dr. K. gave any focus to patient care. After I waited for 30 mins, she had me sit at her desk while she fiddled on her computer, spent less than two minutes examining me, and gave me a Strep test without telling me that's what she was doing. I did not feel that Dr. K. was interested in my exam at all.

once I got in to see the doctor, she asked all the pertinent questions, took a quick examination (ears, throat, deep inhale), then gave me antibiotics and an inhaler. solid.

the only thing that was disturbing was the weight scale, It was 5 lbs higher than it should be, I weigh myself every day on a digital scale, and was weighed at the gym as well and it is 5 lbs less, maybe they should calibrate the scale, thanks, other than that, the doctor was great,

Doc is nice and good but the office is a little shady. For example, instead of weighing me and measure my height, the physician assistant asked me if I knew my weight/height instead and wrote those numbers down on a piece of blank paper. Procedure needs to be better.

Made a reservation on zocdoc for 12:45... waited for nearly 45 minutes from the time of my scheduled appointment (which means in total I waited over an hour since I arrived early). Finally went up to check again on my appointment at which time they informed me that my appointment was at 1:15.... no. It most definitely was not. Generally a pretty disappointing experience, especially when dealing with someone very sick.

First of all, I just want to say that the nurse/PA (I didn't ger her name) who took my vitals was wonderful. Dr. Kuznetsova was extremely brusque during my appointment, which was fine for me because I was hoping for a quick visit, but I would expect that for most people her rushing would not be appreciated. She completed an entire physical (post-vitals) in about 5 minutes, going so fast it was hard to believe the exam could be thorough. She didn't have any bedside manner to speak of and she did not speak at all to me during the exam except to give me directions. During the medical history discussion she was also very matter-of-fact, but although she was not the most personable doctor, I did appreciate her efficiency.

First few minutes of the consultation was spent with the doctor looking at the computer screen and asking me questions without actually looking at me. As the patient I felt somewhat annexed to this process but maybe some people would prefer it.

The doctor was brief in her visit but definitely seemed to care about my symptoms. I felt confident that she knew the best course of action for my issue, and I am glad that it was such an easy process to see her.

This was one of the most pleasant medical experiences I have had. The office called to let me know that the doctor was running slightly behind (which I have never experienced before). I decided to show up at my original appointment time, since I was a new patient. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, I was seen by Dr. Kuznetsova. Even though she was running behind! Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and the doctor was very helpful.

She was incredibly helpful! She didn't know exactly what was wrong, but called a colleague to ask while I was in her office and recommended another physician. Thorough, professional, and very nice. Way long wait though :/

She is very direct and to-the-point and gets right down to business. She's not cold or unfeeling, but she is a little abrupt. Some people might not like this type of bed-side manner, but she was helpful and reassuring, so I can't fault her for not coddling me. The rest of the office staff was extremely patient and seemed very caring and comforting.

I waited about 40 minutes past my appointment time and then only saw her for 5 minutes. I'm not sure she really believed that I was feeling sick. She gave me anti-biodics but not much information.

While the appointment was certainly quick, it was a bit too quick. I explained my symptoms, which really resembled anything from strep throat to the common cold. I didn't feel that she asked enough questions and I felt like I needed to explain every single symptom to cover off on the lack of questions. I was prescribed an antibiotic, but am not entirely sure what's wrong with me.

My experience at Madison Medical was quick and efficient. My appointment was at 12pm, and I was out of there by 12:30pm, it's hard to find a doctor that you can go see on your lunch break. And they email results to you, not like other places that want you to come back in for a follow up, just to charge you. Love this place, will recommend to everyone I know.

I've been here three times. She's good for a convenient, quick check up but is really bad at communicating and never called me back with test results. I'm finding another doctor.
