I was skeptical, having found Dr. Yolanda online, but she was great! I wish there was a way to write this and not have it sound like a corny review. Ok. That being said, she is one of the best doctors i have seen my whole life. So happy to have found her in NYC where there are also so many bad practices. Thank you Dr. Yolanda Tun-Chiong!

Dr. Tun-Chiong is very warm and friendly. It was my first time getting a GYN exam and she put me at ease. The three other staff members I interacted with were also friendly and professional. Besides the 45 min wait, this doctor and office are great.

Dr. Tun-chiong, Was great!!!! I've had very bad experiences with OBGYN's I've been yelled at, dismissed, and treated rudely so bedside manor was of utmost importance when looking for a new doctor. She is very friendly, and we talked through the whole exam. She asks a lot of questions,and is very thorough. The office was a little busy so I was shown to an exam room got blood pressure taken spoke to a nurse about medical history, changed, but then had to wait about 15 min before I saw the doctor. I would have liked it if I saw her a little faster but the exam went quick.

She is the best doc ever! Bedside manner is perfect! She's friendly and genuine. She doesnt make me feel like a patient but more like im her own flesh and blood. She really cares and thats hard to find in nyc. She's very knowledgeable and takes the time out to explain things; I've never felt rushed at my appointments. I just couldn't ask for a better doctor. Not going anywhere else anytime soon! The office is very very clean and staff are friendly too.

It's easy to miss the doctor's office in an older, non descript building in Chinatown. However, inside the doctor's office is clean, modern and nice. Everyone is friendly. I felt very comfortable talking to Yolanda even though my medical problems are gross/embarassing to say the least. She did a very comprehensive look into my family history and lifestyle and seemed determined to get to the bottom of it. She seemed like she genuinely cared about me feeling better

I am very picky with my doctors, and have a very hard time finding really good ones. The last doctor I had who I trusted was my pediatrician, and I'm 28! Dr Tun-Chiong is sweet, very smart and knowledgable, extremely patient and thorough. I didn't feel in any way rushed, and she even drew my blood and gave me my flu shot! So nice to be given that level of attention and care. She's also familiar with and open to alternative medicine options, which is fantastic. Her staff are incredibly friendly, the office space is modern and comfortable - I really feel like I hit the jackpot. I have finally found my Primary Care doctor :)

Yolanda and Urban medical are two great combinations. First of all she is extremely thorough. Upon seeing her for the first time about my acne she requested that I get a blood test to review my stats. She got back to me promptly by calling first and then sending an email through their email service. Since then, I have seen her twice more and she has been very flexible about scheduling and willing to take the time to discuss any issues.

I really like Dr. Tun-Chiong. Not only do I get seen within 10 minutes of arriving at the office, I also never have a problem getting in for an urgent issue. She is very easy to talk too, explains everything in plain English so I understand what's going on and listens to every little ailment, even if it's nothing to worry about. This was my 2nd appt with her and her staff. I work in the medical field and can not say enough about how wonderful they are! Betty, the M.A. is very personable and thorough, everyone is polite and efficient, and Dr. Tun-Chiong is down to earth, caring, has a great sense of humor, and knows her stuff. Most importantly, she is queer aware/friendly. During my physical, she didn't assume that I engaged in heterosexual activity. Finally a doctor who is in touch with reality! As well, I don't feel rushed nor unheard during my visits with her. All in all she's fabulous!

This was the best PCP appointment I've had. I highly recommend Dr. Tun-Chiong. She spent more than ample time in the room with me and was very thorough in answering any questions I had. There wasn't the sense of rush that you normally experience with doctors. Even on my first time meeting Dr. Tun-Chiong I felt comfortable asking her all questions. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Tun-Chiong is wonderful! I've had so many bad experiences with doctors who don't listen, don't explain anything, and make you feel like you're wasting their time. Dr. Tun-Chiong is the opposite of all of that- she was extremely easy to talk to, and made me feel so comfortable I almost forgot I was at a doctor's office. She was patient, thorough, proactive, and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. What a refreshing change! I had a bit of a long wait before I saw her, but it seemed to be due to circumstances out of her and the office staff's control, so I didn't mind. I also really appreciated the friendliness of the office staff. I'll definitely be using Dr. Tun-Chiong as my primary care physician and gynecologist from now on.

Loved Doctor Tun-Chiong! She's extremely easy to talk to and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely go back. Just remember the office doesn't take cards, so bring your checkbook/cash for the copay.

waited less than 10 minutes to be called in. Dr. Tun-Chiong is very pleasant, was very throrough asking about family and personal history, etc. She explained what tests she was ordering and why. I did not feel rushed at all. She is open Saturdays :)

Yolanda was easy to talk to and very professional. She saw me right away, and was able to adjust to my needs accordingly. I would recommend her as a gyn and as a primary care doctor. It was definitely an awesome experience.

Dr. Tun-Chiong is a kind doctor & has a very caring bedside manner. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. Still trying to diagnose my problem, but I definitely won't dread going back to her office like I do with most doctors. I highly recommend her.

Just an FYI, they do not take credit cards - cash or check only. That wasn't a big deal for my copay, but I could see that being a problem if you're uninsured. However, Dr. Tun-Chiong is so great, it is easily worth remembering cash. I almost never feel comfortable with doctors but I instantly felt very relaxed with her. She listens well and also clearly explains her rationale for treatment. I think I've finally found my doctor in New York!

She's really nice and personable. I felt very comfortable talking to her and asking questions. I felt like she was really listening to me. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. She also suggested against uneccessary lab tests which would be expensive since I'm uninsured. I really appreciated this as a lot of Dr.s will run every test there is and leave you with an enormous bill. Highly recommended! :)

Both the physician and her medical staff are friendly and efficient. I was greeted right away, the medical assistant had a great sense of humour, as did the physician, they both were sensitive and well informed. I highly recommend her.

Yolanda is really great. I really felt that when I left her office I had set in motion a process to discover what is at the root of my symptoms. She even got me in to see another doctor in the office who was a specialist while I was there. A really great experience overall.

I had a general physical with Dr. Tun-Chiong as well as a bunch of questions concerning my current health. She was great! Very inviting and friendly and open about giving great health and wellness advice. It was perhaps one of the more comfortable experiences I've had with a doctor, almost like having coffee with your girlfriend. I highly recommend her.

Gave me a call and said if I could come by right now she could see me right away, even before my appointment. When I came by about 15min later, I actually had to wait for about 30 min, but still I would highly recommend Dr. Tun-Chiong.

Dr. Tun-Choing was excellent. She listens, asks the right questions and practices the type of medicine that seems to be out of fashion these days. The visit took the time it should have because she didn't feel the need to usher me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Tun-Choing.
