Removing availability for specific providers
If you want to turn off bookings from Google for only certain providers:
Log in to Zocdoc and select Channels in the left menu.
Scroll to Request Removal from a Channel at the bottom of the page.
Find Book from Google and complete the form.
Removing availability for your practice
If you want to turn off bookings from Google for your practice:
Log in to Zocdoc and go to Settings on the left menu.
Click Practice details.
Scroll to Bookings from Google and others at the bottom of the page.
Toggle the setting to “off.”
Click Save.
Note: It may take up to 5 business days for Google to process changes to your provider or practice settings.
