Removing availability for specific providers
If you want to turn off bookings from Google for only certain providers:
Log in to Zocdoc and select Providers in the left menu.
Click the profiles of the providers whose Google bookings you want to disable.
Find Book from Google and toggle it off. (No save needed – the change applies automatically)
Removing availability for your practice
If you want to turn off bookings from Google for your practice:
Log in to Zocdoc and go to Settings on the left menu.
Click Practice details.
Scroll to Bookings from Google and others at the bottom of the page.
Toggle the setting to “off.”
Click Save.
Note: It may take up to 5 business days for Google to process changes to your provider or practice settings.
